DESECRATE (HORROR) Philamena was a seer, a psychic by modern vernacular. And somewhere among these stones is her gravesite. Tonight, we're going to contact her." On All Hallows' Eve, a graveside Ouija board session descends into a nightmare, unveiling a web of lies and betrayal between longtime friends and perhaps a doorway to something far more disturbing.

THE CELLAR Miniseries 3.3: Gear Jammin'

The Cellar Miniseries continues with this exciting horror tale by Mark Slade, with characters taken from a 1970s TV series, Movin' On, but with a supernatural element the creators of that series never dreamed of adding! Sonny and Will, long-haul truckers who share driving duties, are down on their luck as usual. A stranger offers them a considerable amount of money to carry a strange parcel cross-country, with the usual unforeseen consequences. This episode has the added thrill of having been edited and mixed in a single marathon production session lasting approximately 12 hours! We hope you enjoy it. NARADA RADIO COMPANY

THE CELLAR MINISERIES 3.1: Get Me Out of Here

GET ME OUT OF HERE tells the story of young married couple Gene and Sandy, who buy a big old house in a small town in Central Illinois. Shortly after moving in, Gene starts seeing some weird stuff, but Sandy doesn't believe him. To give anything more away would spoil the story -- so listen for yourself!
A tense thriller with some humorous moments, this play was written in the style of, and as a tribute to, the OTR series Quiet Please. On behalf of our excellent cast, I hope you enjoy this, the first of five planned, all-new episodes of...The Cellar!

Craufurdland Castle in Fenwick, Ayrshire, keeps its secrets close. It has been held in the same family for almost two thousand years.  It is the early 1800s.  Janet Craufurd, Lady of the house, writes in her diary, charting the progress of renovations to the estate which has suffered years of neglect.

But Janet’s mind is not easy. She suspects that the house has its own story to tell – a story lost in a secret passage, in hidden rooms, in dusty books and neglected papers. And someone is watching her as she searches for answers; someone she cannot see but whose presence she senses as she works.

There Goes Craufurdland is the final play in An Ayrshire Trilogy, three audio dramas which celebrate Ayrshire and its people. The Trilogy is supported by Creative Scotland.

  2. Your script must be free of visual cues.
  3. Approximately 25-30 minutes (20-30 pages) in length (OR two 15 minute plays as 1 double-feature)
