THE BODY SNATCHER (HORROR) Body snatching, murder – and ghostly retribution! These are the ingredients of one of the greatest horror stories ever written. This new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale is made even more terrifying with music and sound effects…

A young medical student named Fettes is assisting his professor in procuring cadavers to be dissected by his fellow students. He knows many of the bodies that are sold to him were stolen from graves – but he needs his job, and keeps his silence.

To remain silent is to invite worse trouble. Late one night there is a knock at the door and another cadaver is delivered to Fettes. This one he recognizes – it’s Jane Galbraith, a woman Fettes had seen alive and well only a day before. Suspecting that Galbraith was a victim of foul play, Fettes confronts his colleague, who warns him to continue keeping silent. Once again Fettes obeys – and finds himself drawn inexorably deeper and deeper into a sinister swamp of deceit, lies and murder.

Performed by British voice actor David Ault. Adapted for audio by Dave Carley.

THE DOCTOR IS IN (SUSPENSE/ MYSTERY/DARK COMEDY) Well hidden among the trees along the tranquil waters of Lake Waseosa sits the Dark of the Moon Inn, an unsettling 19th century bed and breakfast where unsuspecting guests attempt to unwind from the trials and tribulations of everyday life. Instead, they find themselves veering towards that place where wandering minds cross into the darker and stormier depths of the all-encompassing nighttime.

From award-winning writer/director/producer George Zarr (Little Chills – National Public Radio, Tales from the Crypt – SYFI Channel’s “Seeing Ear Theatre”) comes a five-story anthology of suspense and mystery. Each tale features a full cast, engaging sound effects and original music.

THIS EPISODE: A physician from Minneapolis, well-versed in metaphysics, mysteriously barges into the lives of an unsuspecting couple.  Leaving them in doubt as to whether their weird guest is really a physician. Or is really well-versed in metaphysics.  Or for that matter is even from Minneapolis.
